The Mixed Reality team has an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual experienced in wireless systems design and development. This person will be part of the team responsible for embedded software design and development for Cellular (5G,4G etc.), WIFI, Bluetooth & GPS. In this role you will also work with cross functional teams in defining the overall systems requirements for various ultra-low latency use cases and modelling the associated traffic flows for a distributed computing environment.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor /master’s degree in electrical engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience with 6+ years in Wireless Communication system design and development
- 4+ years of experience developing embedded software for Cellular, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications or equivalent
- Hands on working experience on building wireless solution with one or more wireless technologies such as 5G/4G/3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.
- Working knowledge of wireless test equipment’s, network simulators and tools
- Programming expertise in C/C++ in RTOS environment
- Experience in embedded SW/FW development & debugging
- Outstanding technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent design, coding, and debugging skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- Assist with device bring up, setting up test automation framework, software validation, debugging & bugs fixing
