Mesh is looking for a Release Manager with a passion for driving execution excellence, overall service quality, incident response, security and compliance, and operational excellence across our team. This role will leverage a strong ability to influence without direct authority, with the goal of helping the entire organization release high quality software efficiently that continues to make our customers happy throughout its lifecycle. You’ll work alongside our engineering, management, and compliance teams to ensure that quality and fundamentals are integrated into our product pipeline.

Qualifications（岗位要求）
Minimum/Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience shipping games or products and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.
- Exceptional Project Management and Organization Skills. You are detailed and organized. You endeavor to never let anything fall through the cracks. You are clear, concise, and specific. You track and ensure that release data is 100% accurate.
- Solid understanding of engineering systems (work & code management, build, validation, deployment, instrumentation), service operations at scale, and ability to go deep in technical areas
- 5+ years of Release/Program Management, quality assurance or software development experience with proven success in delivering critical services
- 1+ years of experience with privacy regulations and policies
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirementsinclude, butare not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Description（岗位职责）
The individual filling this position will:
- Align with engineering development on the overall development methodology, approach, Azure Dev Ops usage and Dashboards.
- Drive the Engineering schedules and daily coordination for the Build and Validation Rhythm of the Business – across multiple engineering teams and all needed Engineering Systems.
- Work with the Engineering Systems teams to flow code through the best branch/repo structure to support engineering needs and the schedule.
- Partner with Engineers and Product Managers to ensure they have clear priorities and resources to cover the work at hand, supporting conversations to unblock or reprioritize as appropriate.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align and deliver work to schedule & ensure all fixes are processed in a timely manner and make the right ship vehicle.
- Drive release coordination communications for the workstream and to the broader organization.
- Guide the Experiences leads to deliver cohesive and customer impacting release notes with each delivery.
- Drive the development of internal documentation and processes to support our Build and Validation needs, partnering with the broader Mixed Reality community where work intersects or to leverage Best Practices.
- Improve the software engineering processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software.
- Establish shiproom and release management process.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
- Build and maintain project health dashboards that can be used across various stakeholders to drive release quality metrics improvements
- Facilitate recurring quality, operational, and execution reviews across the organization
