Minimum/Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a “U.S. person” : a natural person (a) who is a lawful permanent resident as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20); or (b) who is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3); or (c) is subject to an approved license by the applicable government agency.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
  • Broad experience with designing quality, validation systems, test plans, design and management
  • A high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
  • Experience working through a complete product cycle preferred (from initial design through post-release maintenance).

We’re looking for a talented Program Manager who excels at building systems for validation, across tooling and people, while delivering quality to the customer for public sector Mixed Reality solutions.

  • Engage directly with your new teammates to understand the state-of-the-art Mixed Reality device hardware, services, and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Leverage the work in progress in Software & Hardware Validation, Field Testing, and Experiences tie together and deliver the managed and scalable quality reporting solution the customer needs.
  • Build on the existing requirements and implementations for product validation, including planning for the next stage reporting platforms, to meet customer needs while balancing engineering cost, schedule, and complexity.
  • Effectively collaborate, build relationships, and influence team members to achieve product objectives.
  • Communicate with precision and clarity to drive alignment in both small and broad teams.
  • Report out to the broader team and leadership on a periodic basis.
