Summary（岗位介绍）
BET Analytics is looking for a Data Governance Lead to work collaboratively across the organization to build and mature an enterprise data governance program and its capabilities for Reality Labs Operations. In this role, you will partner with the Data Architect, Data Engineering, Data Stewards, and Analytics and Solutions communities on execution of establishment and adherence to a data governance strategy which you will lead the creation of.
Initial focus will be on the creation of a data governance strategy and roadmap, the existing data assets, organizational alignment around enterprise Master/Reference Data management, and its data governance strategy and processes.
This person will act as a change agent recognizes data as a critical asset and enabler of value creation. They will be responsible for our data and analytics efficiency, data cataloging efforts to inventory and align data objects, drive consensus on commonly used business definitions, and education and enablement across the organization.
This is a new opportunity for our Reality Labs Operations Data and Analytics team with the opportunity to build and solve interesting business and technical problems that come with scaling a global manufacturing and supply chain organization that few companies can match.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
10+ years of experience in roles related to data governance, data management, and/or data analytics in a business/data analyst, or audit capacity
Experience with developing organization wide data governance strategies and roadmaps, translating them into operational plan for execution, and delivering and tracking their value
Experience developing and working with data catalogs and creating documentation for consumption by business and technical audiences
Experience working through ambiguous situations to define precise requirements and priorities and drive actionable outcomes
Understanding of global data privacy compliance practices
Hands-on experience in data definitions development, data quality improvements, data model updates
Experience in facilitating and gaining consensus amongst cross-functional technical and non-technical audiences at all levels to obtain a shared understanding of data assets in an organization
Communication and influencing skills, collaborative outlook, understanding of data analytics concepts, and the willingness to build out a new team and capability for our organization
Description（岗位职责）
Develop our Data Governance operational strategy and corresponding frameworks, and short and long term roadmaps for maturing the organization’s data governance position
Own and lead the implementation of the Data Governance operational model across stakeholders
Partner with Data and Analytics Architect to define standards and processes for technical/business data elements, business data dictionary, data lineage, quality, processes, classification, and policies that align with the data governance strategy
Lead actionable monitoring programs for our data assets, creating visibility to opportunities for continuous improvement as we build and scale
Promotes operational efficiency through alignment and execution of automation and continuous process improvement
Identify and lead improvements of source data through influence at all levels of the organization, technical and business audiences
Maintains current awareness and understanding of corporate data governance, privacy, and security standards and policies to ensure compliance within the greater Meta data governance policies
Enable the organization as an ambassador of data culture through development and delivery of education and training on governance
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Manufacturing & Supply Chain expertise in a consumer retail or consumer goods environment
Hands-on experience with SQL, Data Modeling and Data Management for data discovery
Experience and willingness to manage vendors and third parties
