We’re seeking an innovative Systems Integration Lead who has experience shipping portable electronics products and thrives working in ambiguous 0 to 1 spaces. The ideal candidate is someone who can dive deep into the details while also operating at a higher level of abstraction. The ideal candidate would be a holistic, single point engineering leader who understands highly cross-functional product design implications and tradeoffs across EE, ME and technology subsystems. They will bring strong technical and communication skills and be comfortable working with a highly cross-functional team of engineers, product managers and program management to define experiences, resolve issues and deliver solutions.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent experience.
4+ years experience in product development for consumer electronics or similar industry.
Lead projects cross-functionally with communication and documentation skills.
Experience working with one or more of the following technologies: Sensors, Camera, Audio, Display, Power, Thermals, Battery.
Experience working with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools for project management.
Experience with the product development process.
Experience in scripting or data analysis with Python, Matlab or similar tools.
Description（岗位职责）
Lead the development of functional requirements (FRD) by working closely with Product owners and refine product requirements for a wearables product.
Perform systems integration studies, trade-off analysis and present solutions space to program stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and subject matter experts to develop Engineering Requirement Specifications (ERS), define functional and performance metrics across sub-systems that encompass EE, ME, Sensors, Optics, Battery, RF, Thermals, Power, Audio and Firmware.
Develop system characterization methods to establish system specifications and KPIs.
Identify SW and HW dependencies early in product development, collaborate with test and manufacturing partners to develop validation, drive test execution and test ERS.
Define and implement integration processes to improve operational efficiency.
Inform leadership on product risks via regular updates, provide E2E traceability for product maturity at program milestones.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
7+ Years of experience working on high volume portable electronics products.
MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
Experience aligning internal and external stakeholders in component and system evaluations, decisions and trade-offs.
Experience with debug, FA and root cause analysis of complex HW systems.
