We need a solid customer-focused developer to help us achieve our vision and take our tools to the next level.
Microsoft Synthetics is an internal toolset that leverages 3D content to create AI Vision Data. Our tools build the datasets behind many of our world-class AI algorithms across software, hardware, and cloud solutions, in Mixed Reality and beyond.
In this position, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that develops 3D tools and cloud services that allows users to easily scale their work. You will collaborate with artists, engineers, data scientists, and designers to build the next generation of our tools to work with the latest technology across Microsoft.

Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years ofprofessionalexperience inC++ and/or C#
- 1+ years of experience developing with a UI framework such as Qt, XAML, or similar
BonusQualifications
- Professional experience in scripting languages such as Python
- Experienceworking with 3D tools such as Maya, Houdini, or Blender
- Solid 3D math skills
- Good understanding of algorithms, performance, optimization,and debugging
- Experienceoperating or integrating withonlineservices
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence techniques and concepts
- Knowledge of computer vision and image processing techniques
- Strong customer focus
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Cloud Screen Requirement:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- Develop a 3D tool pipeline for high-quality content generation
- Collaborate with artists and designers to implement 3D tool UI features and command-line scripting tools
- Work in a variety of programming languages as needed including C++, C#, and Python
- Integrate tools with cloud services
- Collaborate with teams across Mixed Reality and Microsoft to enable new features and workflows
