We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Firmware Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team, specifically for our AR Glasses product line.
As a Firmware TPM, you will drive integration of firmware for our next generation of AR Glasses, a cutting edge product line that aims to define the industry. Your deep understanding of firmware and hardware interaction, along with skills in managing large, complex projects will help make our products a success.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of technical industry experience, including 5+ years of program or product management experience.
5+ years of experience in firmware development in a technical program management role.
Demonstrate knowledge of firmware development and integration processes for consumer electronics devices, including experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, with the experience to identify and mitigate risks.
Description（岗位职责）
Lead the integration of firmware into our AR Glasses products, working closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and quality assurance.
Develop and manage project plan and schedule for firmware integration projects related to AR Glasses.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that firmware integration projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Monitor and report on progress, and escalate any issues or delays to management as necessary.
Collaborate with other TPMs and engineering teams to ensure that firmware integration plans align with overall product development goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in firmware integration for AR devices, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for improving processes across the organization
