Summary（岗位介绍）
This role provides the opportunity to build process from scratch. You will be working with a new technology and have the responsibility to bring teams together to a collaborative and cross-functional way of working. This is foundational work for new components supporting our AR, VR and Wearables products.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Minimum 10 years’ PLM experience in a high tech, fast paced environment
Minimum of 3 years Oracle Agile PLM or Teamcenter PLM experience
Proven communicator and teammate with experience working effectively with teams with dynamic strengths and experience across multiple locations
Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Google Drive
Experience developing new PLM processes, item definition, creating documentation and leading adoption of both cross functionally
Description（岗位职责）
Support product programs by leading the definition of PLM requirements for Silicon
Manage component and BOM creation for the full silicon design cycle from initial concept, through implementation, validation and release to end product
Define the data model for wafer fabrication and chip assembly
Serve as the primary point of accountability for the Silicon PLM actions
Build and maintain strong working relationships across Silicon engineering and cross-functional leadership
Develop long-term documentation strategies for semiconductors
For glass, silicon or ceramic materials with multi-layer RDLs and optical alignment features for wafer/panel scale flip-chip assembly, document development and maintain configurations
Manage documents for designs and key processes
Effectively communicate program status to key cross-functional stakeholders
Manage competing demands
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Bachelors Degree
Experience in documenting silicon product cycle from concept to delivery
Chip manufacturing experience
Result-oriented, self-motivated, proactive with demonstrated creative & critical thinking
