The Wireless Technologies team gathers world class expertise and talent in RF, Antenna, DVT, Wireless/Modem Firmware and Wireless Systems and owns the definition, development and validation of every wireless interface across the whole FRL product portfolio. We are looking for an RF Engineer in the APAC region who can join our growing team to drive our operations in the region and help us shape the future of FRL
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Excellent understanding of RF fundamentals and communications theory.
Solid fundamentals programming in C/C++ or a similar language.
Good working knowledge of RF measurements and metrics.
Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment including: spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector signal generators, power sensors, switch controllers, etc.
Capable of up to 30% traveling.
Description（岗位职责）
Developing Algorithms and Solutions to validate and characterize RF system performance.
Analyze and root cause wireless performance issues from both software and hardware.
Authoring scalable software in C/C++ for controlling wireless chipsets and instrumentation.
Partner with operations and factory engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes.
Design experiments to understand the impact of RF impairments.
Create Test plans which will be deployed on production and manufacturing lines to guarantee quality and performance.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Understanding of Antenna/OTA measurements and testing.
Understanding of Cellular Standards(5G,LTE etc.) especially on the Physical layer.
Knowledge of Object oriented programming concepts and scalable software solutions.
Experience with data parsing and analysis using a scripting language like Python
