Qualifications（岗位要求）
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:
Testing concepts
Software development life cycle
Bug life cycle
Linux and Unix platforms
JavaScript
Selenium
JIRA
Description（岗位职责）
Drive engineering effort, communicate cross-functionality, and be a subject matter expert
Oversee a team of direct reports responsible for multiple mobile-based projects
Manage execution of manual and automated tests and identify actionable bugs quickly
Maintain QA coverage of multiple mobile-based projects
Plan and organize necessary test passes, staying on top of all important issues, help triage bugs and drive issues to resolution and keep everyone aware of QA status
Work with different teams (Engineering/PM/Operation) to collect necessary information to assure the QA coverage and provide feedback on quality
Assess the status of the release and help make sure that release goes out on time with high-quality level
Create and support test dashboards and reports as well as drive testability of assigned components/modules and for qualifying the product usability in each new build and phase
Promote organization process and maximize organization’s productivity and performance, uptime, and supportability of organization’s infrastructure
$223,076.75/year to $243,000.00/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus or equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
