As the PM for our Haptics platform, your mission is to champion the growth and evolution of our Haptics capabilities, delivering cutting-edge sensory feedback systems to our community of creators and developers. You will have the privilege to work with our advanced Quest Pro and next-gen hardware technologies and contribute to Haptic projects that have seen successful deployments in AAA titles such as Iron Man.

You will be tasked with leading a small, tight-knit full stack team composed of some of the world’s leading haptic experts. Your primary role is to ignite innovation, establish operational excellence, and develop the vision for the future of Haptics in the expanding realms of AR/VR.

You will be part of the Nimble XR Input pillar. Our team develops several of the input and interaction technologies that will power the Metaverse, and steer AR/VR towards general purpose computing. Some of our investments include Hand Tracking, Keyboard Tracking, Interaction SDK, and Haptics.


PM experience in the haptics, sound, or gaming industry

Experience working on developer products


Develop and articulate a clear product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the haptics developer tools, aligned with the overall company goals.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and development plans. With your Engineering Manager, lead the product development process, including planning, backlog refinement, and release management.

Collaborate with external partners, customers, and developers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for collaboration or integration.

Drive product launches, ensuring effective communication and adoption within the developer community and target market. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance metrics, such as usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, usability enhancements, and new feature opportunities.

Continuously iterate and evolve the product based on market dynamics, user needs, and emerging technologies.
