Summary（岗位介绍）
Audio technologies are a crucial part of Facebook Reality Labs, Technology Engineering for Devices (TED) team. We develop and deliver new hardware and signal processing technologies to future AR/VR products. We utilize the latest in simulation, manufacturing, and validation technology to create new audio features and to optimize Facebook’s device use experiences for both short term and long term. We are looking for an intern who has a good understanding of signal processing, acoustics, and psychoacoustics.
Our internships are twelve (12) to sixteen (16) weeks long, and we have various start dates throughout the year.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a PhD in Audio signal processing or related field
Experience in development and validation of repeatable and reproducible test methods
Proficiency and experience in Matlab or Python
Interpersonal skills: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Description（岗位职责）
In this role you will be at the center of the TED Audio team, working with experienced engineers, developing new test methods and tools for augmented reality audio devices.
Your work will relate to both capture and render of audio on head-worn devices.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in measuring headphones, loudspeakers, or other audio equipment in lab environment
