The products within the Reality Labs portfolio enable organizations to redesign business processes and increase productivity, while also transforming their employee experiences and organizational culture in a meaningful way. To help with the ongoing growth of our Reality Labs B2B organization, we are seeking a Partner Trainer to educate our partners to become subject matter experts and increase their ability to sell, support and market the future of work to all businesses.

The ideal candidate will be aware of the potential that future of work solutions have to transform organizations through more efficient ways to communicate and collaborate. The Partner Trainer will be working closely with the Global Partner Enablement Lead to facilitate hands-on technical training, mentoring and supporting our ecosystem of Partners in North America and other regions. They will be coordinating with cross functional teams to improve learning and development, adoption, maintenance, planning across the region to enable Partners to become experts in our Reality Labs Portfolio.


4+ years of experience in partner enablement in the technology industry

Experience with presentations and facilitation skills

Experience with VR/AR/MR technology and commercial use cases

Fluency in English


Facilitate instructor-led, in-person/online technical training sessions and assessments for our B2B Partner Ecosystem

Participate and get involved with the design, development and maintenance of the Reality Labs training curriculum

Continually work to ensure all online and instructor-led materials are consistent, up-to-date and in line with larger training goals and initiatives within the Partner Success Team

Navigate and communicate market and audience needs, in order to provide direct feedback & suggestions to the team and internal stakeholders

Manage required admin tasks, such as planning the logistics of trainings and events alongside our central events team

Maintain knowledge with regards to our Reality Labs portfolio and act as a product matter expert

Facilitate the communication of our partner programs, e-learning, instructor-led and accreditation offerings and business updates to our ecosystem of partners

Leverage data to identify training optimization opportunities that enable efficient and effective operations through learning

50% travel (includes ~ 10% worldwide)

Experience performing behavioral analysis and source creative learning solutions to drive the change

Experience learning principles and the ADDIE/SAM model

Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment

Experience communicating in German, Spanish or French
