RL is building software for all realities – Augmented, Mixed and Virtual for billions of users across the globe. Our team is expanding and we’re looking for experienced Technical Program Managers (TPM) who will play a key role in driving top of the line data systems efforts to launch highly complex, cross-functional features. We are looking for TPMs with a proven track record of planning and executing critical data needs for Machine Learning algorithm development. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with world-class development teams and leaders across the organization to deliver trustworthy experiences into Meta products.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
7+ years of technical product/program management experience
Experience in managing data operations for Machine Learning model development or equivalent experience in operations
Experience in working with vendors for Data collections and annotations
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking, and thought leadership
Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, attention to detail, anticipating roadblocks, identifying creative solutions and creating a path forward
Experience in working with leadership on escalations
Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
Proven communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa & expertise communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Description（岗位职责）
Demonstrate end-to-end ownership and thought leadership for planning and managing data operations for Machine Learning algorithm development for various VR, MR, AR features
Establish best-in-class structure from intake to delivery for delivering quality data to developers for ML algorithm development
Execute on data operations flawlessly starting from request intake to delivery of data
Closely follow various program schedules, and the need and impact on data operations
Identify opportunities for efficiencies for data operations
Identify and resolve priority bottlenecks with or without help from leadership and ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of data
Understand technology requirements, roadmap, dependencies, evolution, and develop a plan for mitigating risks and delivering data that meet the requirements
Ensure faster turnaround times on data validation
Drive cross-organizational and portfolio partners to own and execute on workstreams to meet goals
Establish expertise in the technology area, becoming the go-to escalation point for execution, leader for driving visibility across the program
Effective at resolving intra organizational issues and escalating/driving solutions to cross-org issues
Drive technical and operational excellence within the team
Effective and timely communicate status to stakeholders
