Summary（岗位介绍）
Our silicon team is pushing the state-of-the-art with breakthrough work in computer vision, machine learning, mixed reality, graphics, power delivery, interconnect, displays, sensors, and new ways to map the human body. We work across the entire stack of system design, from transistors, architectures, firmware, and algorithms. Our chips will enable AR and VR devices to mix and match the real and virtual worlds throughout the day.
As a leader of the silicon design team focused on analog IPs and silicon chips, you will work with a world-class group of engineers creating high-performance, area/power efficient analog mixed signal designs for our next generation AR/VR systems. Your team will focus on delivering analog mixed signal IPs in advanced CMOS process nodes for our custom SOCs, and silicon chips suitable for integration into AR/VR systems. Managing designers, tools, flows, and methodologies will be a key part of the job. Curating a team able to think creatively and positively about innovative solutions, breakthrough design methodologies and verification strategies, and ensuring user experience, security, and privacy. Qualifications（岗位要求）
M.S. or Ph.D. in EE, ECE, or related field
Experience with circuit design tools and flows, including circuit simulation (Spice, Spectre, ADS) and modeling (MATLAB)
Knowledgeable in an industrial design for at least one of: (a) high-speed IO RX or TX, (b) PLLs/DLLs/FLLs, (c) sensors
Experience with digital circuit design, timing analysis and verification
Experience in leading AMS design teams from initial specification, to tapeout, to bringup and mass production ramp
Experience communicating clearly and work effectively in a collaborative team
Description（岗位职责）
Curate, cultivate, and develop a team to work closely with cross-functional teams spanning SOC, system architects, platform engineers in the specification, architecture, design and delivery of the AMS IPs and silicon chips
Lead silicon debug, validation and mass production ramp activities
Manage tools, flows and methodologies and drive AMS IP development efficiency with a strong focus on automation
Think constantly about verification, user safety, and user privacy
Continue growth and development of the team
Travel both domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
