The core responsibilities of this role requires a background in either real time audio algorithm design, tuning/integration, and experience with acoustic systems or hands on experience across the camera stack.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
8+ years experience in software development with C/C++ or Java
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience developing, coaching, and managing engineering leaders
Description（岗位职责）
Manage engineers and help them develop their careers, assigning them to projects tailored to their skill levels, long-term skill development, personalities, and work styles
Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional hardware and software engineering teams Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and process for regular assessment and improvement
Set clear expectations and create a positive work environment based on accountability, in collaboration with the engineering and management teams
Work closely with dedicated recruiting staff to expand the team, including sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, participating in conferences/events, and on-boarding new employees
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Hands-on experience across the camera stack including Android Camera HAL3, frameworks, 3A, ISP, and camera imaging sensors
Experience with cellular (3G/4G/5G)
Experience with MATLAB, C/C++, Unity
Experience in embedded architecture (real-time operating system)
Experience in digital signal processing
Knowledge in audio capture or render algorithms for consumer devices
Camera or Computational Photography domain knowledge
