Seeing AI is a talking camera app for the blind community. It leverages emerging technologies such as Computer Vision and Augmented Reality to indicate the text, people, and objects around you.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, math, or another science/engineering subject.
- 4+ years experience working on a product engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating mobile apps for iOS or Android.
- Previous experience as a tech lead.
- Experience shipping a consumer software product.
- Knowledge of any of the following areas would be a bonus: user experience, accessibility, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality.
- The exact technologies we use may change from project to project, so above all else, the ability and willingness to keep learning is key.

Description（岗位职责）
The team is growing, and we’re seeking a tech lead to help guide a small, agile, innovation-driven team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using your skills to improve peoples’ lives, have strong customer empathy, and will balance deep technical development/architectural skills with a compassion for team members, helping to mentor and guide less experienced engineers.
You will design/develop/test new features to empower the blind community, as well as to respond to customer requests and ensure product quality. While you will spend >50% of your time on hands-on engineering, you will also be responsible for performing code reviews and mentoring/coaching team-mates.
The team will contribute to the end-to-end solution, from mobile apps to cloud services to machine learning pipelines. Familiarity across these different areas would be advantageous, but the ability/willingness to learn new technologies is essential.
