Summary（岗位介绍）
The Meta Reality Labs (RL) team is developing future products in Virtual and Augmented Reality with groundbreaking experiences for consumers and businesses. In the role of Release Infra TPM, XR, you will drive tooling, automation, and improved telemetry and alerts to ensure that we can efficiently ship high-quality releases across our product portfolios (AR/VR) at scale.
We are looking for individuals with broad experience in software development and program management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across a large organization, balancing priorities across various stakeholders, and implementing systems and processes to increase release quality more efficiently. This person has excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse, cross-functional teams. We are seeking someone with a strong technical background, preferably one that has experience with improving product performance and reliability, and someone passionate about driving user sentiment improvements by solving deep and challenging technical problems.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of software industry experience or technical product/program management experience.
Experience with release cycles and processes for live products.
Experience with software development processes and best practices.
Knowledge with project and issue tracking systems.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.
Experience managing launch or commercialization of one or more software or consumer products.
Experience communicating and representing work to senior leadership and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
Analytical and problem-solving experience with complex software development.
Experience establishing and leading teams through multi-disciplinary relationships including product management and engineering to drive product impact.
Description（岗位职责）
Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitating relationships across multiple teams to identify risks, manage dependencies and optimize resources.
Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across their areas of software development for the organization.
Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create programs for solving those problems.
Establish expertise in the release domain, becoming the go-to escalation point for execution, leader for driving visibility across programs.
Resolve conflicts, maintain clarity on priorities and drive progress on execution.
Provide hands-on program management in accurately/efficiently triage of tasks, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks hampering quality releases.
Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.
