The Program Manager, Executive Briefing Program will connect our executives and subject matter experts with our customers, partners, and prospects, helping to inspire and educate them about the “Future of Work” and Meta’s Reality Labs Products: Workplace, Portal and Quest. The Program will help executives confidently move forward in their decision making process, feel appreciated and understood, and inspired that their business outcomes are more easily reached in partnership with Meta.

This role reports to the Head of Global Executive Solutions and is responsible for the management and delivery of world-class briefings delivered to our customers, prospects, and partners throughout NA and EMEA.

The role requires that this individual be knowledgeable and confident when interacting with executives and have the ability to facilitate complex briefings when executives are present. This individual must be able to work well in a geographically-distributed, small team environment and cross-functionally across the company, have the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with internal and external clients.

Bachelor’s degree.

6+ years experience in Executive Briefing Program, Field Marketing, Event/briefing center or other relevant field.

Experience managing virtual customer engagements.

Experience managing attention to all details of the customer experience (from agenda development, scheduling executives and discussion leaders, to the food and beverage being served during a briefing).

Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and supporting partner/channel sales activities.

Possess a clear understanding of the sales cycle and the potential EBC impact on sales effectiveness.

Experience with managing multiple types of projects, people, and programs independently, including managing briefings.

Time-management, prioritization and problem-solving skills and experience multitasking with sense of urgency to meet timelines in a daily fast-paced environment.

Experience with SFDC for briefing management and campaign tracking, reporting, interpreting results.

Experience interfacing with internal and external executive customers and stakeholders.

Interpersonal communication skills.


You will collaborate closely with Leadership, Executive & Technical Solutions, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships to plan and deliver programs that create impact for both our customers and Reality Labs.

Evangelise the value of the Executive Briefing Program, presenting in sales onboarding, kickoffs, and other sessions.

Innovate with creative awareness and engagement campaigns to support growth.

Lead, design and effectively execute customized briefing agendas.

Facilitate on-site, virtual and hybrid customer engagements.

Leverage consultative skills to assist sales teams, partners and discussion leaders in aligning objectives with those of the customer.

Clearly articulate briefing objectives to executives and discussion leaders, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and that discussion leaders are properly prepared for each customer briefing.

Coordinate all aspects of briefing activity with internal and external clients.

Manage briefing logistics and be willing to provide hands-on support in cooperation with Partner Center teams.

Collaborate with others across the company and work independently to resolve issues and achieve results.

Follow briefing industry best practices by utilizing systems and processes that increase operational efficiencies.

Support and contribute to the larger Reality Labs B2B Commercial team purpose and overall executive engagement community.
