Meta’s consumer hardware division Reality Labs (RL) is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Solutions Specialist to develop and implement META’s supply chain risk and security analysis processes and capabilities. The RL division is developing augmented and virtual reality products and platforms to further connect the world. As our business, product portfolio and geographical reach is expanding, this position has been created to ensure our risk and security analysis practices and systems are aligned to support the growing and diversifying business
We are seeking individuals who are military veterans at all levels to work with a world-class group of supply chain specialists. Military spouses may also apply.
This is a 12-month program with the Reality Labs team. Once the program concludes, those who have demonstrated their abilities to succeed and make an impact at Meta will be considered for a full-time position.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Experience in conducting supply chain risk and security assessments on a global scale including (but not limited to) supply chain disruptions due to company external and internal reasons, environmental factors, changes in political environments, duties and taxes etc.
Exposure to transportation safety programs, Dangerous Goods Regulations and management systems as well as shipping operations
Knowledge of similarities and differences for both domestic US and international supply chains
Knowledge of global logistics
Communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience working independently and managing one’s time
Military Veteran, transitioning Service Member, or military spouse
Description（岗位职责）
Design and implement a global supply chain risk and security strategy in partnership with different RL supply chain functions
Design and define a global supply chain risk and security assessment framework for RL covering inbound and outbound logistics, fulfillment, trade compliance, sourcing and dangerous goods processes
Execute supply chain risk and security assessments for named products, transportation modes and lanes to support supplier and partners selections, operative supply chain security performance, Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Plans, as well as Monthly Financial Reviews
Collaborate with different supply chain entities to implement scalable and reliable security assessment solutions, support system integration efforts, and create operational efficiencies through automation and process improvements
Analyze and report on RL supply chain risks and security performance according to the defined framework
Help identify and develop metrics as part of the risk and security framework to drive continuous supply chain improvements
