Summary（岗位介绍）
We are looking for an EHS Specialist to join Mixed Reality Team. Working on Microsoft HoloLens you will be part of an organization which consists of professionals from the fields of optics, mechanical engineering, micro- and nanofabrication, and process technology.
In this role you will focus on maintaining and developing the EHS management system for the whole Mixed Reality Team in Espoo. You will collaborate within the team to ensure effective safe and environmentally friendly practices, to develop core documentation, to identify and assess risks at working places. You have excellent understanding of chemical and laser safety, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, capability and strength to react quickly. With your strong support attitude, you will heavily contribute to a safe work environment to enable the whole team success. Your work will cover, but not to be limited to, the following:
Qualifications（岗位要求）
We are looking for an inspiring, energetic, and results-driven candidate with the following:
- Sc. or M.Sc. degree in relevant subject such as Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering
- Work experience as process / product / safety engineer (3+ years)
- Proven track record of building EHS system
- Knowledge of safety regulations in Finland
- Good understanding chemical safety and laser safety
- Understanding basics of management of change
- Excellent leadership skills
- Passion for your work duties
- Understanding physical hazards, ergonomically and psychosocial risks is beneficial
- Understanding microfabrication processes is a benefit
- Self-motivation to take personal ownership and deliver results while working in a highly challenging environment
- Hands on attitude
- Growth mindset
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (written and verbal)

Description（岗位职责）
- Provide subject matter expertise and support for line management with implementation of safety initiatives and improvements
- Drive continuous improvement of Mixed reality organization, related to operational safety, safe work practices, contractor EHS management
- Perform internal EHS audits and support management within your areas of expertise
- Be responsible for training program and plan
- Maintain, review, and develop an EHS system in a multi-national environment
- Maintain, review, and develop core documentation
- Identify and assess hazards and risks at working place
- Coordinate external consultant’s services
- Be the site contact for any EHS related questions
- Promote the safe culture at work
