The Devices & Technology team within Mixed Reality is responsible for every physical device that Mixed Reality ships – from firmware to final hardware. .
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven electrical engineer with strong EE fundamentals and proven track record of bringing high density electronics assemblies from prototype through high volume mass production. A successful candidate will be a technical leader, effective communicator, creative, willing learner, and effective working in teams to solve cross functional problems.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
- 8-10+ years of NPI Engineering/Operations Program Management, experience leading complex products through NPI into high volume manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, leading projects and teams and effecting change in a cross functional environment
- Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and manage change
- PMP or other Project/Program Management Certification is a plus

Description(岗位职责)
- NPI Program Management processes (Budget, planning & reporting) across internal teams and contract manufacturers
- Establish detailed time schedules and actively manage the required tasks, establish mitigation plans in case of potential delays and implement as required
- Plan and execute NPI development builds and ensure successful transition to production within cost, quality, yield and capacity KPIs
- Drive yields improvement, tool/fixture qualification schedule, and clear-to-build to achieve all program targets
- Drive ramp readiness with internal teams (gate reviews), external partners and contract manufacturers
- Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain while accounting for risks and changes in schedule or demand
- Matrix manages cross-functional team members to develop new product plans and change management processes
- Communicates project status updates with clarity to various project stakeholders, including team members and leadership team
