At Meta Wireless Technology Engineering for Device (TED) team, we are developing the future of the next generation of augmented and virtual reality. We are looking for an experienced Wireless System Manager to join the wireless team at Wireless TED. In this role, you will be a key lead of a team of innovators, working on cutting-edge wireless technologies and be aimed at pushing beyond the state-of-the-art for developing wireless technologies that will enable the future of AR/VR and wearables.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
MS in Electrical or Computer engineering
2+ years team lead or manager experience, 10+ years wireless chip, connectivity technology experiences
Understanding of and experience with wireless technologies and standards, including WiFi (6, 6E, 7), WiGig (11ad, 11ay), Bluetooth, BLE audio etc.
Familiar with low power and power management design, evaluation methodology
Familiar with system E2E performance benchmarking on throughput, latency
Experience with wireless system performance and parametric testing in lab environment
Description（岗位职责）
Collaborate with wireless systems, RF, antenna teams to define wireless subsystem KPIs that meet AR/VR product requirements per product use cases.
Leading a team of engineers to support internal and external wireless system and silicon development activity for AR and wearables product lines.
Lead wireless platform end-to-end system performance benchmark, silicon validation. Analyze, tune and optimize silicon and wireless subsystem performance (including but not limited to MAC, protocol, and application level).
Partner with external chip providers to ensure successful wireless chip development, including review and management of manufacturing qualification, verification, and validation plans.
Collaborate with wireless silicon/system architect, FW and software team on features for MAC and power management optimization, verifications.

5+ years of team leadership and management experience
Familiarity with PHY/RF/System protocol performance evaluation methodology, analysis/metrics
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in effective leading technical initiatives cross-functionally
