Meta Reality Labs is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will design and program manage the delivery of new capabilities that help drive the rapid growth of our business.

The Sales Enablement team is part of the Reality Labs Global Sales organization and is responsible for enabling our business to scale rapidly across all channels. Our scope covers all of the hardware products created by Meta Reality Labs globally.

The successful candidate will be passionate about solving problems, partnering across teams to drive change. Working across sales account management, channel strategy and planning, marketing, product, finance, technology and channel operations to identify, prioritize, design and deploy solutions that enable us to grow. The successful candidate will be an expert in translating business requirements into efficient processes and is excellent at program managing projects successfully.


A curious problem solver with a track record of driving sales performance and efficiency improvements across teams

Program management skills, with history of delivering complex programs on time and scope

Experience in business strategy, finance, sales planning or process optimization

B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or similar discipline)

Highly analytical individual, with experience translating complex business needs into manageable systems


Design and own selected processes/capabilities with particular focus on retail sales and partner management related processes

Identify and remove obstacles across our teams, business strategy and processes that are barriers to sustainable growth

Prioritize findings based on its value to the business, considering both process scope and impact. Create, deliver and communicate implementation roadmap

Design solutions to most pressing issues, working across account management, partner development, marketing, product, finance and operations teams

Deploy improved processes, programs and be the change driver across the organization, influencing at multiple levels. Program manage deliverables to success

Document systematically how we work and periodically train teams to ensure clarity, commitment to the process and efficient operations

Drive increased reporting and process automation where possible

Lead reviews for lessons learned and continuously identify further improvement opportunities

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Experience in channel and partner management operations

Experience in retail business management and sales operations

Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale

Experience with business intelligence and visualization systems (Tableau or similar)

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
