Reality Labs Employee Experience’s (RLEX’s) mission is to deliver resources and experiences at scale that enable RL employees to navigate the organization and their roles so they can do their best work.
RLEX is seeking an experienced project manager for our Operations Lead role supporting global programs in Reality Labs. This role will be accountable project management, program delivery, and operational excellence across all RLEX functions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning & development and continuous improvement. This position is a full-time position.
5+ years of internal L&D experience and/or HR operations experience
5+ years experience in project management, logistics, program administration, or a related field
Experience collaborating, with experience to optimize and secure inputs from many cross functional teams
Experience being flexible in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment and catering to stakeholders and partnering teams
Experience leading data-driven projects and communicating the results of analysis and insights to technical and non technical audiences
Manage operations vendor team, ensuring work is completed in a timely and effective manner
Identify and implement improvements to our operating procedures to increase efficiency and quality and/or decrease costs
Partner closely with Learning Business Partners, Learning Designers, People Operations, HR, and key cross-functional partners to operationalize and scale program solutions
Partner with program managers to identify the program operations and coordination that can be supported centrally
Ensure that existing core program operational workflows and processes are documented, before assigning for ongoing execution
Ensure all core programs have appropriate data collection (enrolment, participation, surveys) and establish data collection best practices and standards to ensure that data integrity is maintained
Apply learning analytics techniques to conduct data analysis and interpretation on trends or patterns, refining the team’s learning measurement roadmap over time and informing team priorities
Prioritize and advocate for learning tool enhancements in order to eliminate manual processes/work and drive efficiencies of the team
People management experience developing talent and supporting career growth
Experience working with international partners across different time zones
Experience with front and back-end of learning management systems (ex. Cornerstone)
