Summary（岗位介绍）
Reality Labs is seeking an experienced leader to join the Developer and Builders Programs team, part of the Developer Ecosystem Organization. This person will design the strategy for and lead the execution of new programs that will help establish and nurture the community of creators building immersive experiences in Horizon Worlds.
You will play a key role in the establishment of this successful community by designing the strategy for a program that connects, educates, and accelerates the creators at the forefront of building a connected metaverse. Your role will be highly cross functional and require collaborating with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal and Comms.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and content creators. The ideal candidate will have experience building developer or creator-focused programs that foster the creation of community and content. You are skilled at creating inclusive spaces when solving hard problems, recognizing diverse perspectives, and designing and leading complex cross-functional initiatives in early-stage tech industries.
The person will be a leader on the Developer and Builders Programs team, which designs, grows and facilitates programs including Start, Launch Pad, and the Quest Publishing Program. Our programs cultivate a diverse and compelling content ecosystem and drive developer and builder success as we build toward a connected metaverse.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years of experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in the technology with a preference for startup experience.
Experience translating creator or developer needs into strategic plans.
Experience working with and influencing people at all levels of a company.
Experience supporting cross-functional efforts across competing priorities and constrained resources.
Proven communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Resourceful, action-oriented with the experience to get things done independently.
Description（岗位职责）
Develop and build internal support for a new Builder program strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of Builders using our products, their technical needs, product feedback, and needs, and share that expertise with internal stakeholders to help improve our products, services, and programs.
Be a source of deep knowledge and insight into developer and creator community strategy for our leadership team, with specific insight into creator community building and growth practices.
Develop and provide feedback on technical content that guides World creation.
Partner with developers and builders to provide feedback on their World development.
Work with motivated program managers who will help design and execute recurring program activations.
Build deep cross functional relationships that help drive awareness of the Builders program and support for its initiative across the teams working on the metaverse.
Grow awareness of the Builders program with external audiences in partnership with marketing and communication teams..
Author engaging creator-facing communication such as social posts, guides, and keynote presentations.
Set, track, analyze, communicate, and execute against key program performance metrics while growing awareness for the impact of the Builders program initiatives.
Approach all initiatives with diversity, equity and inclusion in mind.
Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment.
Develop and manage world-class ideas that positively impact the future of the metaverse.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience in developing in creating developer or creator community programs.
Developer and/or creator event organizing experience.
Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the experience to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management.
BA or BS Degree.
