Summary（岗位介绍）
The Engineering Program Specialist (EPS) team works across Meta’s Reality Labs hardware products to enable the hardware team in building world-class, innovative products for the Metaverse. As an EPS, you’ll be a critical member of the Technical Program Management organization to ensure that key program responsibilities are completed quickly. You will be responsible for a wide array of activities including BOM management, budgeting, allocations, and procurement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a can-do attitude, and communicate well. You are adept in juggling tasks across multiple programs, and remain flexible & productive in fast-paced environments. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
2+ years experience as an Engineering Program Specialist, project manager, program manager, or relevant experience in high tech hardware and/or software development
Experience working with engineering teams to create and track BOMs (Bill of Materials)
Proficient in creating and managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, POs, and invoice tracking
Description（岗位职责）
Co-create bill of materials (BOM) with engineering teams while liaising with the PLM team to ensure accurate release
Lead and enforce the bill of materials framework across engineering and PLM
Work with finance on budget management including forecasting, maintaining budget tracking tool, creating purchase requisitions, and maintaining purchase order invoice reconciliations
Support the build matrix for NPI engineering builds and allocation requests
Manage material shipments and logistics (if applicable) in collaboration with both Meta & Contract Manufacturing (CM) team
Work on multiple projects and BOMs concurrently
Collaborate with PLM, operations, TPM, inventory, and CM external partners across various time zones
Drive process improvements for engineering, TPM, PLM, and EPS teams
Build consensus to create and standardize project documentation
Support ok2tool, ok2fab and engineer design release tracking
Up to 5% travel to support builds at local and overseas manufacturers, as needed
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
5+ years experience as an Engineering Program Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
Deep understanding of Agile, Teamcenter, or equivalent PLM systems
Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) hardware development including CM, JDM, and ODM engagement
Familiarity with equipment allocation, inventory control and related software
Deep subject matter expertise in BOM management in mechanical and electrical subsystems/assemblies, product packaging, or other hardware team
