Summary（岗位介绍）
Meta is updating and diversifying its manufacturing and supply chain strategy. A key initiative is to increase manufacturing and supply chain presence in the United States, and increase the number of diverse-owned businesses in our supply chain globally. This is a multi-year initiative that coordinates with multiple internal Meta teams and external partners. Our goal is to lead the consumer electronics industry in percentage of US manufacturing and supply chain presence in the US, and have the greatest diversity in our supply chain.
In support of this effort, a new role within the RL devices team has been created. You are responsible for helping to analyze data from current RL manufacturing and supply chain teams and provide data that supports opportunities to strategically invest and reposition our supply chain. You will ensure that relevant data and its sources are identified and maintained, analysis leads to actionable insights, and trust in our public reporting is reinforced through rigorous and transparent systems and process documentation. You will also support a cross-functional research agenda to better understand how companies operate in our supply chain and use our products. You should have a technical, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for using data to achieve goals.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BA/BS in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics), or equivalent work experience
3+ years working in data and analytics
2+ years of experience with SQL, Tableau, or other reporting software experience with design of reporting development
Experience with Excel
Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods
Experience processing and analyzing data sets
Experience knowing when a question requires reporting on data vs. statistical analysis
Description（岗位职责）
Understand supplier data and manufacturing trends. Use that data to identify trends, actionable insights, and be able to tell a compelling story to cross-functional partners.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor supplier trends, supplier diversity and help create key performance indicators.
Address data integrity issues and work to solve root cause process or systems issues by partnering with Enterprise Engineering.
Document requirements with stakeholders, and partner with other teams on broader changes to core dashboards and solutions.
Project manage data and process improvements with third parties.
Support development of roadmap based on current state survey of data forms and generation environments.
Aggregation and reporting of manufacturing systems and process data, including MES data, shop floor trend data (equipment and process), metrology raw data, metrology production data, research data, and external contract data.
Coordinate with manufacturing data analysis teams to maintain and design data systems to receive or process data from various levels of the manufacturing process including text files, system logs, external databases, external company extract.
Maintain and design data dashboard/reporting systems to process and present data to provide greater insight into the MFG process and broader production processes in general.

Experience with R, Python, or a similar scripting language
Experience working with finance data (e.g. AP, supplier master, and other source-to-pay analytics) project management experience
Familiarity with HIVE or similar big data systems
Experience designing of databases/data aggregation systems
