Summary(岗位介绍)

We are hiring a Reality Labs (RL) Strategic Media Planning Manager, EMEA to join the Global Media team, part of Meta’s Marketing organisation.

The team is responsible for designing the role of media in marketing while planning and executing paid media activity against Meta’s top priorities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning media to achieve current goals with AR and VR products and develop strategy for AR/VR expansion globally.

You will be tasked with leading work to build out the VR/ AR Media footprint of the future. You will build strong ties with International marketing, global teams based in the US and other cross functional stakeholders, influencing to achieve alignment.

You may be required to regularly travel to other markets in EMEA, New York and Menlo Park (Meta HQ)

Qualifications(岗位要求)

Experience in media planning and campaign execution, either within an agency or within a client organization

Experience working in data-driven environments, pulling insights from data, telling a story using those insights

Experience presenting to project stakeholders and leadership

Experience navigating cross-functional teams and dynamics, representing and advocating for team objectives across varying levels of stakeholders

Knowledge of current trends and innovation in media, tracking, analytics and research

Experiencing leading multiple full funnel media strategies from inception to launch

Experience managing media agency resources

Experience developing strategies and roadmaps to achieve results over time

Experience with media measurement methodologies and execution

Experience designing audience strategies across media planning, buying and measurement

Description(岗位职责)

Development of strategic media investment strategies across the full funnel, in collaboration with integrated marketing teams to best support international expansion for VR/AR products

Development and execution of various EMEA consumer facing campaigns supporting AR/VR. Ensuring campaigns align with the global strategy and business objectives

Work with Decision Science (our internal analytics team) and Insights to develop audience definition and insights, the campaign learning agenda, and measurement plan. Then post campaign, evaluate the performance and share learnings to further our understanding of the true incremental impact of our investments

Prioritize audience insights and incorporate industry innovation, measurement as plans are built, leveraging appropriate channels across both digital and traditional

Collaborate with our media & production agencies to develop the strategy, plan and oversee the execution

Align with the broader Global Media team to create and implement global best practices, media investment plans, channel strategies, and joint business partnerships with strategically important partners (publishers, broadcasters etc)

Build strong relationships and ensure alignment across the global Meta media team, Marcom and country managers and leads

Build strong cross-functional relationships across the International and central marketing teams, as well as Decision Science, Insights, Creative and relevant sales teams

Experience working directly with a creative team to guide channel best practices

Experience working with integrated marketing programs to connect media, influencers and comms

Experience developing product launch campaigns and sustaining impact over time
