Summary（岗位介绍）
Manage US based camera and sensor SQE team to own the product quality of camera module and related components for AR/VR/Portal/Wearable products.
Setup quality targets and build the plan to achieve the target. Build a capable team to support future new tech development. Build a good culture to make Meta a better place to work.
Camera modules are one of most important modules for AR/VR headset, we have multiple different functions cameras on each headset, totally new experiences in case of technical requirements and quality management.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree or above in Optics and/or engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years hands-on experience with at least 5 years management experience in a fast moving consumer electrical industry
Expert process experience on Camera and Sensor technology and manufacturing
Familiar with DFM (design for manufacture), DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC and sampling plan definition
Problem-solving skills
Description（岗位职责）
Recruit and lead technical talent and be both a highly technical and effective people manager
Engage with the Camera and Sensor engineering team and purchasing team on supplier selection
Risk assessment and qualification for both product and process of individual Camera and Sensor component supplier and subassembly level manufacturer
Quality plan definition, alignment and execution for the suppliers and subassembly level manufacturer which includes PFMEA, control plan, CTQ processes, correlated inspection and tester correlation between suppliers and subassembly level manufacturer, reliability qualification and monitoring plan, quality reporting, traceability etc.
Work with the engineering team on process development for the subassembly level part in the development stages
Review and set up measurement SOP and alignment in the supply chain
Work with the engineering team to initiate and define Camera and Sensor modules cosmetic inspection method and acceptance criteria
Process audit and monitoring Camera and Sensor modules, and their components level part manufacturer for risk assessment and improvement
Leading quality problem solving and yield improvement for the Camera and Sensor modules and their component level parts
Proactive quality monitoring system set up for the purchased Camera and Sensor modules and components level part in supplier factory
Review and approval of the Camera and Sensor modules and their components level part shipping condition and package design validation
Frequent overseas travel (up to 30%)
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience on FATP/Optics/Depth Sensing/ToF/Semiconductor industries
Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt
End-to-end Camera and Sensor components management experience, such as SMT, Sensor, Active alignment, VCM, Color filter, Module integration and also module optical testing
