The Mixed Reality “Customer Success Engineering” team is looking for a highly motivated and customer focused Principal Software Engineer who has experience bringing products to market and driving customer and business success.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required
- 10+ years of relevant software design and development experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in design, coding, and debugging skills.
- Demonstrated track record of technical and people leadership.
- A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
This position may require access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a “U.S. person” : a natural person (a) who is a lawful permanent resident as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20); or (b) who is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3); or (c) is subject to an approved license by the applicable government agency.

- Work in close partnership with a team of cross discipline peers including hardware, PM, Quality Engineering and Customer Support to execute and deliver against the requirements identified.
- Maintain a focus on enabling customer scenarios within a shared platform across commercial and consumer customer segments.
- Act as a technical leader for junior engineers
