Our Commercial & Consumer Experience Studio is part of the Microsoft Mixed Reality Team, where we focus on creating highly crafted and delightful experiences across our family of Mixed Reality devices. Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years’ industry experience in Software Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 + years’ C#/C++ coding background, debugging ability across technology stacks
- Demonstrated industry experiencewith Unity, Unreal or related game engines
- 3+ years’ experience leading engineering teams
- Experience shippinghigh quality,scalable, networkeduser experiencesandservices
- Strong cross-discipline collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Augmented, Virtual Reality, and/or Mixed Reality
- Cloudand distributed servicestechnologies, such as Dockercontainers, Storage services, etc.
- Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
