At Reality Labs, our mission is to give people the tools to feel connected anytime, anywhere. We are looking for an experienced Software Release Technical Program Manager who will play a key role in defining and executing pre-launch and GTM roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams in delivering highly complex releases across category-defining consumer hardware and software. The Release TPM will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and/or Technical Art teams on strategy and goals, owning end-to-end execution of launches in coordination with project stakeholders across the company. The ideal candidate is energized by distilling clarity from ambiguity, is passionate about enabling high-quality user experiences, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or Software Product Manager managing software releases.
Proven track record launching 0-to-1 consumer products.
Demonstrated experience forging relationships and collaborating with highly distributed, cross-functional teams.
Foundational knowledge of program tracking and data analysis tooling.

Lead cross-functional teams in planning and execution of high-quality releases and communicate updates with exec-level visibility.
Engage with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, and risks, and proactively drive resolution.
Develop best practices and product development processes in a rapidly evolving organization. Evangelize those practices to enable them to scale across teams.
Empower efficient decision making and insights through data.
Be a power user of the product and identify user experience challenges early and often.
