Summary（岗位介绍）
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join Mixed Reality Technology development team. Working on Microsoft HoloLens you will be part of an organization which consists of professionals from fields of micro- and nanofabrication processing, optics and mechanical engineering.
Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing process control data generated by automated equipment and operator input. You will process and visualize data, look for trends and correlations, make conclusions and suggestions. The role includes presenting results and communicating between experts in MEMS design and fabrication-process development teams. You should be able to independently find and choose suitable data analysis methods for each purpose and be able to transfer data into knowledge.
With your open and determined attitude you will collaborate closely and efficiently with other experts within Microsoft and is supplier network. An innovative and pragmatic approach coupled with strong time and resource managements skills will enable you to succeed in this cutting-edge technology environment.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
- Sc. degree (or close to graduation) in the field of physics, electrical engineering, applied mathematics or some other relevant field
- Skilled in data processing and regression analysis
- Understanding on statistics
- Good programming skills (Matlab is practically a must, Python, C#)
- Experience in using multivariate analysis tools (e.g. JMP, R)
- Experience in using SQL databases
- Motivated to learn new
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to do independent work
- Full working proficiency in English

Description（岗位职责）
- Consolidating data from various sources (from SQL tables to hand-filled Excel sheets)
- Create and architect SQL databases for storing the abovementioned data
- Create automated data flows between different sites with varying data storage topologies
- Collaborate frequently with internal and external stakeholders
- Create automated processing routines (parsers, convertors, etc)
- Create visualizations
