Summary(岗位介绍)

The mission of the Business Planning & Operations, Partnerships Deal Desk team is to design processes and define programs, operations, and application and tool requirements to accelerate sustainable growth.

This role will program manage a global cross product and functional program to design and operationalize B2B processes, policies and systems infrastructure to rapidly grow our early stage SaaS, hardware and services business product portfolio.

The program will enable any business, regardless of size or how they want to pay, to buy SaaS and related products from Meta with ease and flexibility.

The initial focus is Reality Labs’ Portal, Oculus, Workplace products and will grow to include future Metaverse work products and may extend to WhatsApp API/business messaging products.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

Bachelor’s degree

8+ years of program management experience with business and technical teams

Experience working with global, cross-functional partners

Demonstrated experience adapting, learning new skill sets and executing in order to accomplish all necessary tasks

Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business value using software solutions in high-tech operations space

Analytical and technical skills, as well as organizational and relationship management skills

Communication, influencing and problem solving skills

Resourceful, action-orientated with the experience working independently to overcome obstacles by developing creative solutions to problems

Description(岗位职责)

Lead a collaborative effort to define and align global, cross-functional annual program outcomes, goals and impact

Create investment plans and business cases for annual planning investment consideration

Create cross team program management plans and processes to deliver capabilities as seamlessly as a single team project

Identify dependencies and gaps, unblock issues and drive alignment amongst teams

Lead execution of plans through the program lifecycle (opportunity identification, impact definition, roadmapping, planning, process design, requirements definition, testing, launch and value measurement and reporting)

Measure and communicate progress against outcomes, goals and expected impact

Partner closely with the Core, Product, Finance and operational teams to develop and prioritize a comprehensive, data driven application/tooling requests backed by research and quantification of impact

Build trusted networks, seek clarity, and deliver complex cross-functional B2B commerce capabilities

Work on interrelated sets of complex projects where success depends on an in-depth understanding of the related area(s)

Create and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans

Ability to travel 15%-20% (including internationally) as needed. Note: No travel currently due to Covid-19

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Understanding of omnichannel B2B commerce business practices

Experience implementing SaaS CPQ (configure, price, quote) and Subscription Management and Billing products e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Zuora

PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), PRINCE2, Agile or other project management certification
