The Reality Labs group brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. We are building tools and experiences that make people feel closer together in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR).

The Reality Labs Creative Production team handles all creative asset executions, either directly or by managing external agencies to help achieve scale. The focus of this role is CRM, yet the work can also touch Web, Art Content, Social, and support for third party retailers.

We are looking for a Program Manager – CRM Creative. This hire will program manage creative, technical, and version development of CRM emails – customer journeys and standalone messaging connected to our owned channels.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

5+ years web or CRM-based digital producer experience

Experience with dynamic, web-based channels

Experience working closely with designers, developers and external vendors to launch high quality CRM journeys and messaging

Experience running mid-sized digital projects with multiple stakeholders

Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams at varying degrees of progress

Experience working with product marketing and digital Channel marketing

Experience building working relationships with core and cross-functional teams

Experience with interface design tools such as Figma

Experience managing external creative and production partners

Experience with digital accessibility

Experience versioning for different viewing contexts and localization

Organizational task and budget management experience

Experience in drafting SOWs, dealing with business affairs managers and legal teams

Asset management experience

Experience working and thriving in a self-starter, fast-paced and dynamic environment

Description(岗位职责)

Operate as the main design operations point-of-contact for CRM marketing production

Partner with a cross-functional team to intake, prioritize, and execute goal-driven CRM business initiatives. Advocate for the path to achieve the best creative quality balanced with business requirements

Create and manage detailed project schedules for internal teams and external partners (creative, channel marketing, and technical development). Adjust workflow as needed on the fly to meet evolving business needs

Work with Marcom program management to integrate CRM schedules into omni-channel campaign timelines, and manage any interdependencies

Coordinate and consult on CRM assignments and processes with other design program managers

Create and manage budgets, and track burn rate

Communicate ongoing concise production updates to ensure teams are well informed and adjusting to meet business needs (scope and timing implications, executive summaries, action plans)

Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters

Manage external vendor relationships (technical development, design firms, production companies, etc.)

Interface with and understand external partners (game developers, media partnerships)

Create process consistencies and best-in-class CRM creative, across Reality Labs marketing
