Summary（岗位介绍）
Seeking a Product Quality Engineering Lead who will be responsible for owning and managing the overall quality management systems for our Supply Chain Operations. The Product Quality Lead will play a critical role in defining and driving quality levels of our products from initial prototyping through to mass production and release to our customers. We are looking for an individual with an analytical background that can help us focus on assessing and quantifying project quality risks during the development phase and proactively drive a strategic mitigation. The ideal candidate will be highly detail orientated with excellent communication skills. International Travel will be required.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS degree in engineering, mechanical, manufacturing, electrical or equivalent
8+ years of experience in Quality management in the consumer electronics space, or equivalent Including experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
Communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
Description（岗位职责）
Assess project risks and proactively drive mitigation plans
Develop and continuously improve Facebook’s Quality Management system
Partner with Engineering to define product acceptance plans based on Product Requirements Document (PRD) and release Product Quality Plans (PQP) to the factory
Provide Quality team’s risk assessment and advocate for the customers in project cross functional team meetings
Analyzing factory and field quality data to enable key product and process decisions
Defining and owning Quality KPIs and metrics
Overall Product Quality owner in system FATP factory and field
Drive communication and actions on quality by conducting periodic quality reviews and by aligning and engaging with cross-functional teams
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to global locations
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Masters in engineering, mechanical, manufacturing, electrical or equivalent
Project management experience and proven track record of creative problem solving in a development environment
Certified Quality Engineer, Lean/Six Sigma black belt
Knowledge of tools and methods in several key areas: quality, measurement, reliability, statistics, design of experiments, and statistical process control
Finance/business background (understand cost drivers and experience deriving costs associated with managing quality)
Experience managing functional engineering teams
