Summary（岗位介绍）
The Silicon Strategy team is in search of a Silicon Strategy & Planning Manager, MBA intern, to contribute to our custom silicon strategy and planning efforts for Facebook Reality Labs (“FRL”). The intern will focus on custom silicon planning, development and deployment, and silicon ecosystem strategies.
Our internships are twelve (12) to sixteen (16) weeks long, and we have various start dates throughout the year.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining an MBA
Has a BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing & Operations Engineering or equivalent experience.
1+ years of industry experience communicating with and influencing all levels of management
Familiarity with semiconductor industry
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Description（岗位职责）
Formulating silicon development and deployment strategies for consumer electronics products
Conducting research and communicating analyses (written and verbal) on new and existing silicon, silicon IP and software ecosystems and platforms
Developing new processes to improve operational and execution efficiencies
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship
Knowledge of the silicon development process and strategic vendors in the silicon ecosystem (e.g. foundries, IP licensors, design services vendors)
Experience with high volume, consumer electronics products
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with computing and mobile operating systems and SW application development life cycles
Strong technical, analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
