Qualifications（岗位要求）
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, followed by five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:
Troubleshooting techniques related specifically to compliance issues
Developing Safety FMEA, Product Hazard Analysis, FTA, and other identification methods
Regulatory approval process (IEEE, UL, CE, FCC, GCF, CA Prop65, RoHS, or REACH)
EMC design, test, and mitigation
Test and analysis methodologies
Test equipment used for regulatory compliance tests
Regulatory requirements worldwide and working with test labs
Description（岗位职责）
Interact closely with cross-functional teams such as Hardware Engineering, Product Design, Quality, Reliability, Operations, and Logistics to improve product safety through technical analysis and feedback
Review compliance of project designs and documentation to meet or exceed all applicable regulating bodies’ minimum requirements
Provide strategic guidance to design teams regarding compliance and regulatory design requirements
Ensure compliance is supplemented by a thorough product safety evaluation, using DFMEA, FTA, and other Hazard Analyses tools
$248,282.25/year to $266,000.00/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus or equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
