Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+yrs of relevant experience
Proven experience as an engineering manager, leading teams in developing and shipping native system and application frameworks on Apple platforms (iOS, tvOS, VisionOS).
Demonstrated leadership in integrating traditional algorithmic models and generative AI into complex software solutions.
Deep understanding of AR/VR or Gaming software design principles and architecture patterns.
Strong command of object-oriented programming (Swift / Objective-C / C / C++ preferred), with the ability to guide technical decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of fostering effective collaboration within and across teams.
Description（岗位职责）
In this role you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of engineers in researching, developing, and shipping innovative application paradigms across Apple platforms.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as CoreML or MLX, or other open-source alternatives.
Track record of shipping 3D experiences developed using modern game engines.
Familiarity with cloud-based service integrations and API development.
Knowledge of computer vision or graphics applications in AR/VR environments and the ability to inspire innovation in this space.
Enthusiasm for leading diverse teams in a fast-paced, creative, and challenging environment.
