The Headphones and Accessories Quality Engineering team is looking for a motivated Tools & Automation Engineer to design, implement, test and maintain next generation audio and connectivity solutions. You are responsible for creating and delivering world changing experiences on the very latest Apple products.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Expertise in audio testing, software testing, isolating issues, devising test plans, aiming to specification
Minimum 7+ years working in similar field
Capacity to dive deep technically, learn new technologies, and understand the technical details of an accessory or product system
Experience deploying testing at scale
Description（岗位职责）
Build creative solutions for testing current and next generation products. Drive quality and champion bug fixes, working closely with dev team and analyze the root causes for the issues. Design comprehensive test plans for new features, factoring in technical details and the customer experience. Develop test automation scripts using Python, maintain reports of all automation issues and test results. Collaborate with cross functional teams to get requirements and implement automation feature requests. Bring up, perform regular maintenance and debugging of test setups and scripts.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
A foundational understanding of electronics and audio technologies and a strong ear for sound anomalies and the validation of sound quality.
Ability to analyze and distill meaningful insight from large data and make quantitative assessments.
Ability to efficiently articulate key points or risks to non-technical audiences
Excellent communication skills and effective at building relationships to collaborate and influence projects
