The European Marketing team is looking for an outstanding marketing admin to join their team in support of the Communications team.

Excellent organisation skills, acute attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and time critical environment

Consistent track record of meeting set timelines

Concise written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanour

Description(岗位职责)

- Provide administrative and operational support for the European Communications team, with additional support for director level leaders

- Ad hoc calendar and travel management for senior leadership team, or group travel

- Management of facilities requests, meeting rooms requirements

- Comprehensive onboarding of new employees or contractors, including sourcing equipment, setting up new accounts, technical troubleshooting

- Budget support and facilitation of requesting purchase orders, setting up new vendors, procurement admin

- Special project support or coordination and extra events support as needed

- PR operational support including press office facilitation and daily team meeting summaries

- Manage subscriptions and monthly audits for the PR team
