As an Engineering Manager on data platform you will lead, manage, inspire, and grow a diverse team responsible for supporting the next generation of AR/VR experiences by building data intensive infrastructure and systems to scale machine perception.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Demonstrated experience in people management, communication and cross functional skills
Ability to understand customer needs and translate these into product vision and roadmap
Demonstrated experience in driving execution across a multi-disciplinary team (researchers, client and backend engineers, PEs, operations, QA)
Experience with building distributed services and data processing pipelines and data analysis tool
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
Professional experience architecting, developing, and shipping software products and/or services
Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
Able to thrive in a an environment where goals and requirements may be changing
Description（岗位职责）
Lead, coach, and grow a diverse team responsible for data quality frameworks and systems
Tech leadership to develop, evaluate, understand, and implement data and ML training solutions
Drive infrastructure efficiency efforts across Reality Labs
Define strategy for the team. Translate it to goals and clear expectations
Develop a productive and inclusive work environment based on accountability and impact
Work with cross-functional partners to understand data quality needs and translate these into system capabilities
Collaborate across engineering disciplines and geographies
Recruit talent and provide mentorship to team members
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Background in large scale data platforms for ML training
Experience working with large volume of photos and videos
