Summary（岗位介绍）
Meta is looking for a Director of Product Management to shape and execute product strategy for its Avatars platform within Reality Labs. This high visibility role will spearhead innovative, industry-first solutions that allow people from around the world to use high quality avatars to express themselves and connect with each other in meaningful ways.
Meta Product Management Leaders work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. In this role, the Product Management Director must be able to help define strategies for large, ambiguous areas and lead cross functional teams (including executive stakeholders and partners teams) from ideation to measurable product impact.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
15+ years of experience in leading and growing product management teams
10+ years of experience managing complex, global-scale projects
Experience running CEO-level reviews and shaping the evolution of the company’s business model
Experience of thinking through tough problems, and building 0-1 solutions
Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions
Experience managing and scaling organizations
Description（岗位职责）
Drive strategy and execution for high priority product initiatives at Meta
Lead strategic initiatives that cut across multiple product groups, communicating strongly with inspiration and motivation for the team
Responsible for the success of the organization
Create structure, success metrics and criteria
Advise and mentor leaders as they execute against the product roadmap and drive measurable results
Hire, grow and retain top talent
Collaborate, navigate and influence across the organization and broader Meta organization
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience in a consumer focused technology company
Experience building 0-1 products, or with AR/VR technology
