We are seeking a talented Network Security PM who will work across multiple programs and external partners to ensure MR devices meet and deliver on networking and security requirements. You will take customer scenarios and define requirements and translate into engineering specification. You will lead and manage the end to end schedule to ensure all components are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical IT work experience is required.
- 2+ years experience in Networking (TCP/IP, config, etc.) of experience
- 7+ years of experience in program management within a product development and engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience networking equipment and configuration
- Desired Azure networking experience and military networking experience
- Ability to comprehend and deal with ambiguity and bring clarity; ability deal with rapid changes
- Demonstrated cross-functional and cross-org experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated leadership in leading teams and delivering results
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software,and services governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). - Compose specifications that translate customer requirements into engineering specification
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define time bound specific business objectives and rationalize, prioritize, and own tasks to successfully achieve goals
- Effectively communicate, with quantitative and qualitative data, to stakeholders across Microsoft in monthly business reviews
- Drive schedules and manage risk along the execution path
- Managing vendor engagements, including initial vendor selection, contract generation, budget planning, and negotiations.
