EMEA Retail is looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager for Spain. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales and channel marketing strategy at the retailer level.The position will primarily involve developing and managing retail channel partners for Meta hardware products, creating and implementing partner specific business plans, negotiating promotions, monitoring competitor activity and supporting channel marketing initiatives that deliver sales growth. This is a role that is focused on selling really exciting new technology through our third party retail partners. This is cutting edge technology that will help build the next computing platform - the Metaverse. You'll work on getting the latest and most innovative technology in consumers hand in a fast paced and innovative environment.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

10+ years working on gaming/entertainment or Consumer Electronics products or any relevant product category in a senior sales role with a clear record of quota achievement and success in technology based consumer sales.

Previous experience and clear understanding of the European retail landscape with a focus on Spain.

Bachelor’s degree in business.

Fluent in Spanish & English.

Description(岗位职责)

Report into the GM Region – to help manage and drive the sales business & channel marketing for Meta hardware products in Spain.

Drive and manage RL retail partners, implementing effective strategy and programs to meet organization goals.

Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Create and present account strategy to executives and internal / external stakeholders to align resources and achieve mutual goals.

Negotiate and present account programs / contracts, gaining internal alignment and approvals with cross functional partners (finance, legal, operations, etc).

Grow relationships with cross functional leaders (Channel Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Analytics, Category) to drive account goals, execute JBP process, QBRs and launch planning activities to meet sales objectives within agreed upon budgets and KPIs.

Manage account scorecard, allocate budget, identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Able to work effectively with various teams across the organisation, essential to be inclusive and collaborative.

Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels.

Existing relationships with key retailers in the region (Spain).

Track record of excellence in both business planning and tactical execution, with a clear understanding of the various tools available to drive retail sales.

Passionate advocate for innovation and the opportunities presented by disruptive technologies.

Experience in working with key retailers in region like Media Markt, Saturn, El Corte Inglés.

Experience in channel marketing/Category management
