To join our Mixed Reality Program & Product Management team, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager. The candidate will be a key member of the team delivering Product Solutions by driving end to end management of program execution. The scope of the role includes (but not limited to) creating and driving schedules, task tracking, implementation of process/tools to monitor project health, and facilitating and reporting on program progress.

Qualifications（岗位要求）
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Hardware/Firmware/System/Software and/or product development lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience in one or multiple of the following areas: Program management, project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience with hardware engineering and/or hardware technology projects
- 5+ years experience implementing new tools, and change management for large company wide programs
- 6+ years experience with project management, and reporting tools
- Self starter, and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working in a fast-paced, tech focused, and ambiguous environment
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Description（岗位职责）
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following including but not limited to:
- End to end management of complex project execution aspects – detailed schedule, dependency, and task tracking.
- Drive implementation of process workflows and reporting in a metrics driven environment.
- Be the voice of operational excellence and proactively drive improvements to alleviate pain points.
- Develop strong cross functional partnerships with the technology teams.
- Organize, document, communicate program/project status to Senior Management.
