Qualifications(岗位要求)
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience and/or at least 5 AAA shipped titles contributing as an Environment or 3D Artist.
- 3+ shipped game titles as a lead or managing a team of 3D artists.
- This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software,and services governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Due to contractuallimitations and ITAR obligations associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S.legal permanentresident status, or protected person status under8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)is required.
- Candidates selected for this position must comply with Federal Executive Order 14042 mandating that federal contractors and subcontractors receive the COVID-19 vaccine by being fully vaccinated before their date of hire, or work with Microsoft to receive an approved religious or medical accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working across multiple art styles from hyper-realistic to super stylized.
- Augmented or Virtual Reality experience.
- Unity, Unreal, or related game engine experience.
- A strong understanding of platform rendering limits from mobile to next generation consoles.
- Strong cross-discipline collaboration skills.
- Great communication, written and verbal.

Description(岗位职责)
- Work closely with Art, Production, Outsourcers, and Design to help build out our portfolio of immersive 3D Environments.
- Manage an internal team of 3D Artists to help drive style, consistency, and push the quality of what is possible across a wide range of platforms.
- Work closely with other Art, Design, and Engineering Leads to help develop our internal and external pipeline tools and documentation to help streamline development.
