The Dynamics 365 Connected Store team is looking for passionate tech leaders to help craft new products to transform the modern retail workplace. We use emerging technologies – including computer vision, IoT, and machine learning – to augment and improve the professional lives of retailers around the world, empowering them to achieve more.

This Tech Lead/Senior Software Engineer position offers a role driving and implementing the state, best practices, and evolution of the data components of the service.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of demonstratable Service back-end (or full-stack), data pipeline experience, in one or multiple of:
- Data science, data aggregation queries, aggregation scripts (Python, AI/ML,R, etc)
- Data streaming, signaling and/or big data experience (Kafka, Queues, EventGrid, Service Bus, etc)
- Massive data ingress/egress (IOT, StreamAnalytics, Data Factories, Event Hub, etc)
- Massive scale data storage or signal base caching (SQL, Oracle)
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstratable excellent engineering quality engineering practices across all phases of product development, deployment, and validation.
- Having shipped (to Production) world-class services, going through all the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to develop expertise in new technologies, ramp up in unknown areas and deliver despite ambiguous situations.
- Have the drive and initiative to pioneer new things.
- Be hands-on and love to live in source code and Visual Studio, Pycharm, Azure Dev/Ops, WinDBG, and/or other Development tools.
- Professional experience with developing AI/ML queries and hosting (Data Bricks or Synapse) and large-scale related systems is a big plus.
- Drive, humility and curiosity, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent software development hygiene (git, Agile).
