We are looking for a Product Quality Manager to be part of the manufacturing of the next generation of Mixed Reality devices for government applications.
In this role, you will drive the execution of the manufacturing Quality systems for government application Mixed Reality products.You will partner closely with operations, product, process, industrial design & development teams to drive the right manufacturing and evaluation processes for this unique product.
A deep understanding of the interplay between product design, materials and manufacturing transformational processes for consumer electronics is critical.
Your ability to drive complex technical elements across different levels of the organization is key.

Qualifications(岗位要求)
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering (Hardware) or related field AND 1+ year(s) enterprise computer, consumer electronics design or hyperscale supply chain systems experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering (Hardware) or related field AND 2+ years enterprise computer, consumer electronics design or hyperscale supply chain systems experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1 + year experience driving Quality Systems, Statistical Process Controls deployment, Quality System Standards understanding (ISO 9001 or similar), and corrective/preventive action process.
- 1+ Year experience translating customer requirements into process control documentation.

Additional or preferred qualifications
- Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering (Hardware) or related field
- OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering (Hardware) or related field AND 3+ years enterprise computer, consumer electronics design or hyperscale supply chain systems experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering (Hardware) or related field AND 5+ years enterprise computer, consumer electronics design or hyperscale supply chain systems experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Manufacturing Test Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.

Description(岗位职责)
- The Product Quality role will manage the overall manufacturing site Quality Strategy.
- Will enforce industry quality manufacturing best practices at the production site.
- Will have active collaboration in the product & manufacturing process qualifications.
- Will work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and development teams to implement measurement & control systems for Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters.
- Will implement required Quality metrics and manage them to monitor and improve factory Quality performance.
- Lead Quality problems resolution by driving root cause analysis on supplier and product related issues identifying and deploying corrective actions to eliminate the problems at the source.
- Will identify and implement improvement projects based on product performance data.
- Will define and manage a documented information system to communicate Quality performance and ongoing improvement efforts to MSFT stakeholders, vendor leadership and customer representatives.
- Will influence the vendor Quality organization and related support teams to achieve the target Quality goals and ongoing improvement efforts under a daily side by side collaboration rhythm of business.
